Resolved SCG TRANSFERRED BUT NOT RECEIVE YET

I transferred 1000 SCG to my wallet that has tron since 12th of January, i still haven't received it yet. Can anyone explain why I haven't received it pls?

Your tokens are there. Just have to switch the TRX > Tokens Balance to see it. Please see the attached screen-shot or see the transaction details here: https://tronscan.org/#/transaction/6fe1c65deb1e5d704c4c9b177aa0345be62fa2db31c2ee543720d46499d75cea
If your Wallet doesn't show Tokens balance then you need to change the wallet and add your address to another wallet (You need a private key for that usually.).

I have checked on tronscan for my balance but nothing was coming up. Pls help me resolve this issue.

Thank you so much. I have seen it. I thought I lost it. How can I change the address to enable the token reflect in my new address pls? I have created an account on tronscan with a new address. Pls advice.

Just get a wallet, for example https://www.tronwallet.me and import your address there using your private key.

Thank you. I have downloaded two tron wallet now. I tried to import from my original private wallet which is Trust wallet where i got the tron address that I made the transfer but couldn't find my private key rather backup phrase. This is so confusing.

We can't assist with external apps, you should look for manuals there. But it is possible usually to import your address to a new wallet with a phrase or with a private key.
